USE OF THE APARTMENT SERVICE
Our apartments are intended for accommodation only, so it is forbidden to hold or organize parties there.No more people than those specified in your reservation can be accommodated in the apartment.
The client is responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of people who must occupy the apartment, without omitting the children.
The management of the apartments can legally refuse to admit the entry of those who are not declared or registered.Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the apartments, such as loud music, noises or parties, and that causes well-founded complaints from other guests staying, will be grounds for the accommodation to be vacated immediately.
The HOURS OF REST are from 10.00 p.m. to 10.00 a.m., being strictly prohibited, during these periods, any type of activity that disturbs rest in any way.
Smoking is prohibited in the Apartments.
At check-in, the property may request a deposit to cover possible damages that may be caused.This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out and is subject to an inspection by the accommodation to assess whether there has been any damage.
The owner of the establishment may seek the assistance of the agents of the authority to evict users who fail to comply with the internal regulations or who intend to access or remain in them for a purpose other than the normal use of the service.
Cancellation Policies
If you cancel the reservation 1 day after the arrival day or no show, hotel will be allowed to charge the total amount of the reservation as cancellation fees and proceed to cancel the remaining nights.
It is not allowed to cancell the booking of the Duplex apartment 48h before the date of arrival.
