Cancellation Policies

Reservations cancelled with more than 1 day in advance of the day of arrival are allowed.
If you cancel less than 1 day of entering the hotel or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Christmas cancellation policy: Please note that if your reservation is between December 24th and January 1st, the cancellation policy without charge is 7 days prior to arrival. After this date, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.

GIMH, ofrece el servicio de Plataforma Motor de Reservas hoteleras a la entidad responsable del tratamiento y se encarga de la gestión de las mismas para este último.
