Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange spa appointments.

It is mandatory to call 0034976459295 or send an email to: spa@hotelrcz.com

The spa is open Wednesday to Saturday from 4pm to 9pm and Sunday mornings from 9am to 2pm. Mondays and Tuesdays closed. Holidays on request. Prior reservation in advance. Consult prices for circuit, private or treatments by calling 976459295 or email spa@hotelrcz.com. It is essential to bring a swimming costume and/or bikini, flip-flops and a bathing cap.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Breakfast: Monday to Friday from 7am to 10am. Saturday, Sunday and holy days from 8am to 11am. 

The restaurant and cafeteria service is closed at noon for lunch. Closed until further notice, sorry for the inconvenience.

Dinner: Monday to Saturday from 8pm to 10.45pm. Sundays & holi days closed. It's mandatory book a table before arrival

Debido a que el tratamiento es necesario para la ejecución de un contrato mercantil de reserva, en el que usted es parte, se hace constar que el tipo de contrato de que se trata, es el citado contrato mercantil reserva o la relación precontractual.

Como la comunicación de datos personales es un requisito legal o contractual y un requisito necesario para suscribir el citado contrato, se informa a el interesado que está obligado a facilitar los datos personales, y así mismo que las consecuencias de no hacerlo pueden suponer la no prestación del servicio solicitado.

Durante el periodo de duración del tratamiento no se realizará ninguna cesión, salvo obligación legal, ni tampoco transferencia alguna. Se comunican para su gestión a el encargado del tratamiento: GIMH ( GESTIÓN INTEGRAL DE MARKETING HOTELERO, S.A.)

GIMH, ofrece el servicio de Plataforma Motor de Reservas hoteleras a la entidad responsable del tratamiento y se encarga de la gestión de las mismas para este último.

El interesado puede ejercer los siguientes derechos:
